LAWRENCE GREEN

Lawrence Green is a professor of guitar at Brigham Young University. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from Brigham Young University and his Master of Music degree from Arizona State University. Green has been teaching at BYU since 1982, instructing several levels of guitar skill and theory and directing the Guitar Ensemble as well as giving private lessons to students. Lawrence Green is also the author of Great Big Guitar Method, a manual meant to aid students in the fundamentals of guitar. His musical skill has been honed over decades of practice and his love for the instrument is evident in everything he plays.
