BYU LIVING LEGENDS
Brigham Young University Living Legends is all about celebrating the culture and heritage of North and South America and the South Pacific. Originally called The Lamanite Generation, the group was formed in 1971 and has been active at BYU ever since. Living Legends is famous for its lively performances incorporating authentic costume, music, and dance, but they also actively record and distribute their music to be enjoyed even when they are off the stage. The blend of ancient tradition with modern music and dance has been applauded internationally and the group performed at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City for a global audience.
