Scott Holden
Dr. Scott Holden, professor of piano at Brigham Young University, earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Piano Performance from the University of Michigan and The Juilliard School, respectively. He completed his Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the Manhattan School of Music and joined BYU’s faculty in 2002. Throughout his career, Dr. Holden has garnered acclaim by winning several piano competitions and continues to perform actively. He has received numerous prestigious awards for his exceptional piano skills and technique. While dedicated to teaching, Scott Holden remains in high demand as both a chamber musician and soloist.
