UTAH TROMBONE AUTHORITY

The Utah Trombone Authority is a trombone quartet. The group is made up of two members of the Utah Symphony and two members of the Brigham Young University music faculty. James Nova, Will Kimball, Mark Ammon, and Russell McKinney play the trombone with power and obvious skill. Each trombone is an integral part of the music and the group expertly performs the intricate harmonies. Recognized for their clear sound and strong dynamics, the Utah Trombone Authority has captured the works of many excellent musicians and composers. Their love and respect for the instrument is obvious in everything they perform.
